My story: from academia to spiritual work
Hello! I’m Josephine, your course instructor.
I had a crisis of purpose after spending 10 years in academia. I worked hard to finish my Master’s and PhD in English Literature, and taught college-level Shakespeare and writing courses throughout that time. For years, I followed what I thought was my purpose – to become a professor of English.
I was well on my way towards achieving that goal. I was even invited to speak at Harvard, for a Shakespeare symposium. Externally, it seemed like I had it made… but my heart was aching. Yearning for me to be somewhere else, doing something else.
A feeling of grief in my heart whispered I’m not sure this is my true purpose.  When this whisper became impossible to ignore, I took a leap of faith. I left academia to launch my spiritual business. I aligned fully with my deepest purpose.
In the process of discovering my true purpose, I figured out the tools and practices that can help others discover theirs, too. Since then, I’ve spent 8 years helping clients discover and align with their purpose
In this course, I share EVERYTHING I’ve learned and walk you through a step-by-step process to get in touch with who you really are and what your purpose really is.
