It’s taking me more time than probably most to pick up the movements; however, I really enjoy picking up the rope and doing some movement throughout the day. I’ve never been sports inclined, can’t hit or throw or kick a ball, can’t climb a rope, but I can certainly enjoy my slow but steady progress with a very enjoyable activity! It’s a great way to move throughout the day since I’m working from home and sitting all day. When I feel a little chilly (it’s cold in Nebraska right now), I get up and roll the rope for a few minutes and sit back down feeling great. Thank you! |
