So simple:
1) Select the frame of mind you want. Choose from: “Calm,” “Focus,” “Success,” “Adventurous,” or “Radiance.”
2) Use the appropriate Reset.
Phase 1 – Listen to the 12-minute version of the Reset and you’re in the new state of mind. It uses our Paraliminal technology.
