Through Mingjue practice, we can go beyond the control of old thinking patterns, beyond any inner conflicts and fear in the mind. Thus, the beautiful state of openness, acceptance, happiness, freedom, peace and true love will naturally appear. This invites health and harmony to yourself, your family and society.
What Is Mingjue
We are aware of our consciousness, which can also be referred to as the observer.
We observe many things, but when our consciousness realizes itself and focuses on itself, this is Mingjue.
Normally, our consciousness, the inner observer, focuses on the external world. We use our eyes, our ears, and our other senses to observe the external world.
When we practice something like yoga, qigong, or mindfulness, then our consciousness focuses on observing our inner body. We may feel these inner feelings clearly. For example we can feel ourselves breathing, our heart beating, and the flowing of the qi.
As our consciousness gradually comes back, we’re becoming aware of our emotions and thoughts – but that’s not what Mingjue is.
When you come to this state you feel very peaceful, very relaxed, very free, very harmonious. This state means that we are coming to the inner source of life. We are not controlled by our body, by our pattern of thinking, by the external world, or anything. This state is very good for life.
In this state the potential of our consciousness is developed and becomes more powerful. If we use this level of consciousness throughout the body, we can transform the qi body to be deeper and stronger. We can manage life as a master of our consciousness and our qi.
Overview
During the course of the year (1 June 2022 to 1 June 2023) there will be four modules. Each module is connected to the next, but each can stand independently. Therefore, participants can choose to join one single module or to participate in all modules. Each month, Teacher Wei will give sessions during a five-day period.
Those who wish to enroll for one year will be provided with the recordings containing theory, as well as a PDF book containing 104 sessions from the last two courses taught through The World Consciousness community and also the recordings from the last two years.
During the year, we will focus on improving mingjue, true self – yiyuanti, as well as developing super abilities.
We will strive to change the old reference framework and cultivate social-free daode. We will create an abundant flow of inner qi in order to heal problems. We will purify the mind and the body through the practice of silence and fasting.
We will open the spine, transform innate qi, and intensify the world consciousness field. Teacher Wei will give online sessions during five days each month; organizers will arrange weekly practice; participants will create an individual daily practice plan.
MAIN PURPOSES FOR THE ONE YEAR COURSE

This Module Focuses on the Healing of Self and Others

- Content of Healing Others and the World
- In this quarter we practice methods to enhance joy and happiness; it is a “happy quarter”; Emotional blockages will be broken by using the methods of mingjue qi dancing, vibration, laughing or singing (these practices will be arranged by the organizers of each small community).
- We will practice repeating the sounds ‘Xu’ and ‘N’. This practice will improve mingjue and harmonize energy. It will help to see through certain blockages, accept and purify the blocked energy as well as the information in old trauma created by fixed relationships. It will enable the change the old, fixed reference framework through mingjue love. It will help to build healthy and appropriate reactions within the new reference framework of mingjue love and life entirety.
- Practice the methods for developing super abilities.
Universe qi hands: We will open and transform the blockages of deep inner subtle space, and to heal all kinds of chronic diseases (mainly focusing on healing cancer, diabetes, and heart problems. - The method of the 3D printer— big circulation will be used to merge qi and information so as to “print” a new and healthy body, and to create a beautiful, higher-level life.
- The methods of vibration and caterpillar movement will be used in order to make the body flexible.
- The practice of massaging the abdomen will be emphasized.
Module 2
This Module Focuses on Improving Your Health through Improving Mingjue and Strengthening Inner Qi
Practice the methods for developing super abilities
- Content of self-healing

- The best way to create an abundant flow of inner qi is to practice standing meditation combined with the repetition of the sound ‘N’, and open and close.
- We will practice throat breathing combined with standing meditation.
- We will also practice lower dantian breathing, qi body breathing, and universe breathing all combined with standing meditation.
- We will practice massaging the abdomen to make inner qi strong.
Module 3
In this Module we Focus on Refining the Healing Experience of the Whole Body Utilizing Mingjue Spine Practice
