Hi! My name is Jenya, I’m from Ukraine and I would like to introduce my Facebuilding methodology.

For over a decade I have been practicing facebuilding, developing and perfecting my own methodology and new face exercises.

What I strive for is to instill, within the modern society, the culture of face training that starts from a young age, to correct age-related and expression-related facial changes later in life, and to rejuvenate oneself and slow down the process of aging altogether, allowing everyone to keep their face young and fresh for years.

This was my aim when I created Jenya Baglyk Face School (JBFS) and my work is only beginning!

The JBFS mission is to instill the culture of facial-muscles training in our society.

All our classes and tuition are given following my patented methodology, further described in detail and available in my book “Facebuilding: the Beauty and Youth of Your Face”.

Some of the main advantages and specific features of my methodology are:

• ALL facial muscles are being worked on;

• It ensures SAFETY and EFFICIENCY of the workouts through a special fixation of the areas of muscle insertion in the soft tissues while exercising;

• It uses an integrated approach, tackling both age-related and facial-expression related changes;

• It also corrects facial asymmetry.
